"It'll take 20 years before domestic drilling will bring oil to the market!"
Of course it won't take 20 years to get oil to the market if we authorize new domestic oil and natural gas parcels. But look at the ideology behind this thought, and apply that type of "logic" to other issues:
- Don't go to school, it will take 12 years to graduate just high school!
- Don't plant a tree, it'll take years to grow!
- Don't exercise, it will take weeks to get in shape!
The day the US government states that we're going to drill the hell out of domestic carbon energy supplies, the price of oil and natural gas will have record drops in price. On the day.
