A Glimmer on the Soul of the Press

I just read that 7 American soldiers have died fighting in Afghanistan in this most recent fighting. The press should stick to their previous behavior and broadcast roll calls with photos of each soldier slain since Obama took office. They did that for Bush, repeatedly.

Of course this will never happen, for it was never that these American Heroes gave all and deserved our great thanks and appreciation that motivated the Bush year roll calls. Sadly, it was only that their sacrifice was a useful propaganda tool, easily promoted for political gain. Basically, the Great Concern and Sadness projected by the television hosts during such propaganda broadcasts was just some good ol theatrics, hollow and insincere.
